All memberships are billed in advance and renew automatically unless cancelled.

You can cancel at any time via your account settings. Cancellation will stop future payments but will not result in a refund for the current billing period.
2. Refunds

We do not offer refunds except where required by UK consumer law.

Refunds will only be issued if:

We fail to deliver the services purchased and are unable to rectify the issue

3. Special Requests or Custom Content

All special requests and custom content are non-refundable once production has started.
